Workout in Tokyo

I just arrived in Tokyo last week. Haven't worked out in 2 weeks.
After checking out several gyms in the Ikebukuro area, I decided to join the Tipness Fitness Club yesterday and started using the facility today.
They have the lowest rates for morning users.
The gyms are less spacious but have all the essential equipments.
There are many etiquettes in Japan. People are more polite and courteous.
The gyms are very quiet and clean. You need a pair of indoor only workout shoes for in the facility only.
People don't talk much. I noticed they are not big on muscle building but they can cardio like crazy. Good selection of aerobic classes. On top of good macrobiotic diet with the crazy cardio they do, no wonder they are so slim.
Took the complimentary fitness evaluation. Still in good shape despite all the eating and drinking the past week. Setting a new goal to lose 5% bodyfat. Learn from the Japanese, do some crazy cardio!!! Less beer and ramen!!!
